Complementary Consultation
I strongly believe that any journey is most effective (and fun!) when shared with others whom we like and trust. For this reason and more, I offer complimentary consultations so you can be certain that we're a good fit. And if this isn't quite what you're looking for, I'm happy to point you in the right direction in how to best reach your health goals.

What is Nutritional Therapy?
A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (or NTP) is certified by The Nutritional Therapy Association. Our ultimate goal is to help others achieve optimum wellness by restoring balance. Nutritional therapy is not a program, it's a bio-individual process that is used to evaluate and identify specific roadblocks to health, evaluate unique nutritional needs and make dietary recommendations. With frequent one-on-one support and check-ins, this ensures lasting changes. We don’t believe in a “one-size fits all” approach or prescribing diets. Instead, we recognize that every individual has a specific genetic and geographical makeup that determines their nutritional needs. By honoring each person’s bio-individuality, we can determine your unique nutritional needs and create a plan based specifically for you while guiding and motivating you through the process.
Work With Me
I genuinely want each of my clients to be successful and achieve not just their health goals, but all their goals. It is proven that the way to success is through a series of appointments and check-ins. As they say, what you do every day matters more than what you do once in a while. For this reason, I ask that new clients start with a three-month/three-appointment package. Individual sessions and monthly packages are available after that. And because I really, really want you to be successful, I not only include unlimited text and email support between appointments to answer even the smallest of questions, I offer discounted fitness plans for clients as well.
